Soon, Qiao Guanhua called Zhang Hanzhi again, and his infatuation deeply touched Zhang Hanzhi. In this way, the two established a relationship. On December 11, 1973, Zhang Hanzhi and Qiao Guanhua got married and officially became husband and wife.
Why did Hanzhi disagree with Qiao Guanhua?
In 1982, Qiao Guanhua's health became worse and worse, and the cancer also metastasized to the neck, and the condition was very serious. The hospital also sent Zhang Hanzhi a notice of critical illness , which made Zhang Hanzhi very sad and cried all day long.
However, what no one expected was that after the doctor's careful treatment and the care of his wife, Qiao Guanhua's lung cancer was temporarily controlled and he was successfully discharged from the hospital in September of the same year. This is not just a medical miracle, but more of the wife's love for her husband has temporarily suspended the condition.
On the afternoon of December 22, Hu Yaobang, then General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, asked Xi Zhongxun and Chen Pixian to meet with Qiao Guanhua and Zhang Hanzhi. August 19, Qiao Guanhua's old friend Du Xiuxian and others came to visit him and brought the camera to take photos of him. Here, Qiao Guanhua and his wife Zhang Hanzhi took a photo, one of which was made into porcelain and placed in the living room for souvenirs.
On the morning of September 22, Qiao Guanhua was in great spirits on that day. He smiled and said to his wife, "Look at how good the sunshine outside!" Zhang Hanzhi thought Qiao Guanhua's condition had improved, so she held her husband's hand excitedly and nodded repeatedly.
Not long after, Zhang Hanzhi said to Qiao Guanhua, "Are you tired? Do you want to drink some albumin ?" Qiao Guanhua nodded and said warmly, "Okay." Zhang Hanzhi went to the table to make a small pot of albumin, and then carefully helped her husband's head up and prepared to feed him.
Qiao Guanhua acted extremely obediently and drank albumin in small mouthfuls along his wife's hand. At this moment, Qiao Guanhua asked Zhang Hanzhi: "Hanzhi, are you willing to be buried with me after your death?"
However, before Zhang Hanzhi could answer, Qiao Guanhua closed his eyes forever.
On September 22, 1983, Qiao Guanhua died of illness at the age of 70. Qiao Guanhua was suffering from nothing when he left, and he was very peaceful, which was also good for him.
Qiao Guanhua's departure was a big blow to Zhang Hanzhi. She even wanted to take two bottles of sleeping pills and follow her husband. Fortunately, she was persuaded by her old friend Du Xiuxian. On that day, Du Xiuxian came to visit Zhang Hanzhi. Seeing that the other party was blind and lying on the bed crying all day, he said sternly: "You can't lie down like this. Do you want to die? You can't die, nor can you be decadent like this!"
Zhang Hanzhi said: "Old Du, I, I can't survive anymore. My father has left, and now even Guanhua has left..." Du Xiuxian said: "Nothing can't survive. You want to live for Lao Qiao. Do you forget that you have a daughter!"
Zhang Hanzhi at this time was crying like rain, but he got out of bed and stood up. Yes, she wants to live for Qiao Guanhua and for her daughter.
That's it, Zhang Hanzhi persisted for more than 20 years until he died on January 26, 2008 at the age of 73.However, to everyone's surprise, Zhang Hanzhi left a will before his death:
