At that time, there was a music teacher in Kunming Women's Middle School. She was an underground party of the Communist Party of China and often promoted revolutionary principles and communist ideas to children.
In Zhuo Lin's memories, this teacher was the enlightener on her revolutionary path. Later, the teacher was taken to the execution ground by a reactionary sent. On the way, she shouted communist slogans and faced the impending death calmly and bravely.
Since then, the seeds of revolution in Zhuo Lin’s heart have begun to break out.

931, Zhuo Lin, who was selected as a young player of the Yunnan Provincial Sports Delegation, was preparing to go to Ping to participate in the National Games. When was redirecting to Hong Kong, " September 18th Incident " broke out. So she wrote a letter to her family, saying that she wanted to study in Peking.

The Japanese army occupied Peiping, and the Chinese people had to leave their hometown under the bayonet of the Japanese army. At that time, Zhuo Lin asked his second sister Pu Shiying, "Now we only have two roads, one is to go to Yan'an and the other is to go home."
Pu Shiying chose to go to Yan'an without hesitation. But Zhuolin was very worried that Pu Shiying was in poor health, and she was worried that her second sister would not be able to hold on.

At that time, Zhuo Lin was young and beautiful, lively and cheerful, and smart and capable. After considering it, the leader thought that she had the potential to work secretly behind enemy lines, so transferred her to the special training class of the Security Department of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Special Region Government.
Due to work needs, she officially changed her name to "Zhuo Lin" and met her lover whom she held hands for the rest of her life - Deng Xiaoping.

The twists and turns of love
At that time, Deng Xiaoping was the political commissar of the 129th Division of the Eighth Route Army and worked in Taihang Mountain . One day in the autumn of 1939, Deng Xiaoping came to Yan'an for a meeting.
He was already 35 years old at this time, and he had not yet gotten married because he was worried about the war. Deng Fa, who lives in the same cave, is even more anxious than Deng Xiaoping himself, and is busy helping Deng Xiaoping introduce a partner.

941, Zhuo Lin gave birth to his eldest daughter Deng Lin in Chi'an Village, She County, Hebei Province. In 1944 and 1945, Zhuo Lin gave birth to his eldest son Deng Pufang and his second son Deng Nan respectively. Because of the years of running around, Zhuo Lin was in poor health and had no milk at all. As a result, she had no choice but to entrust her two children to her fellow villagers again.

were unable to deal with this situation and immediately sent him to the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of China. Deng Xiaoping never returned home after leaving. On February 19, 1997, Deng Xiaoping passed away at the age of 93.
Zhuo Lin wrote a letter to the central government, relaying Deng Xiaoping's will:
"No mourning hall; no farewell ceremony for the body; dissect the body, leave the cornea; scatter the ashes into the sea."
