Fengzhuang is located in 8.2 kilometers southwest of city in Caoxian County and 4 kilometers west of Zhengzhuang Street Government. The village is 700 meters from east to west and 300 meters from north to south, and the settlement is long and blocky from east to west; there is one east and west street. The population is more than 700 people, and the Han nationality is mainly agricultural; there are surnames such as Feng and Wang, and the most surnames are Feng. It belongs to the Fengzhuang Village Committee. According to the "Biographies of Feng's Ancestors": During the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1398), the ancestor of Feng's family was named Xiaozan, moved to Panshi Town from Hongdong County, Shanxi Province. The ancestor of the sixth generation was named Fengzhuang. The reservoir was built in 1958 and returned in 1969, and the village name remains the same). Village history
Before the 13th year of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty (1735), it belonged to Pangenli, and was the tenth district (Zhongdiquan District) in the Republic of China, and in August 1943, it belonged to the first district of Cao County. In August 1949, it belonged to the tenth district of Cao County (Zhengzhuang District). In 1952, the Tenth District and Tushan Gathering Area were abolished. In 1957, the district was abolished and the township was merged, belonging to Zhengzhuang Township. In 1958, it was returned to Chengguan People's Commune. Zhengzhuang People's Commune was established in early 1979 and belonged to it. In December 1983, he belonged to Wang Luji Township. In November 1988, he returned to Zhengzhuang Township. On May 21, 2010, Zhengzhuang Township was abolished and Zhengzhuang Town was established. In December 2013, the town was abolished and Zhengzhuang Street was established.

Wang Lisheng (1914-1989), also known as Wang Jintang, is from Fengzhuang Village, Zhengzhuang Township, Cao County. In 1931, he joined the Communist Youth League. In 1944, he joined the Communist Party of China. He has successively served as the county magistrate of Cao (nan) County, the county magistrate of Fucheng County, the director of the Political Department of the 13th Regiment of the Hebei-Shandong-Henan Military Region, and the director of the Harbin Iron Smelting Plant.
