Origin of place name. According to the "Sujiatun District Chronicle: Jianzhen", Beiyingzi Village, Shenshui Street, Sujiatun District, was originally named Xibotun. In the 38th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi (1699), the Xibe tribe moved to guard the border and built a military camp in the northwest, so it was called Xibetun and Xibeitun, and later changed to Beiyingzi.
According to the inscription of place names, in the 38th year of the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty, a group of Xibe tribes in the emerald red flags were stationed here in the north and south. This was in the north, so it was named Beiyingzi.
Nanyingzi Village, formerly known as Nanxibeyingzi, was originally the Bianba. In the 38th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, the Xibe tribe moved to the border to build a military camp. Because it was located in the south, it was named Nanyingzi.

Xibe began to be incorporated into the Eight Banners of Manchuria in the 31st year of Kangxi (1692 AD), and all were placed under the direct rule of the Qing government. The Qing government ordered the Xibe people stationed in Bodune and Qiqihar, a total of 54 Niulu officers and soldiers, with their families, to move south to Shengjing in three batches. The first batch of Xibe soldiers and civilians who moved south set off from Bodune and arrived in Shengjing in the spring of the 38th year of Kangxi (1699 AD). Among them, a group of Xibe soldiers and civilians who set out from Bodunezhuocaogou (Fuyu) migrated to the northern tatars camp (now Beiyingzi Village) in the south of Shengjing City. They were the third assistant to Manchu in the Manchu invaded Red Flag. It has been more than 300 years since then. After garrisoning the Northern Tatar Camp, it evolved into the Wu surname from the syllable surname of Wusuzarado. In other words, the original Xibe pronunciation of the word Wu Zara at the beginning of the character Wu Zhara is simplified to the surname Wu of the Chinese character.

Population Overview. According to Mr. Wu Keyao's "Study of Xibe Beiyingzi", according to statistics in 1992, the number of immigrants is arranged. Beiyingzi consists of four ethnic groups: Xibe, Han, Manchu and North Korea.
523 people in the Xibe tribe, most of whom are the Xibe tribe of the Wuzara clan (Wuzara clan). According to the genealogy, the Wu Zhala clans were divided into three branches, and they came to Beiyingzi in the 38th year of Kangxi, the 11th year of Qianlong (1746) and the late Qing Dynasty.
Nantai Village, Xinchengzi Street, Shenbei New District
Finally came to Beiyingzi, the Wu family, and first settled in Nantai Village, Xinchengzi Street, Shenbei New District. Because the right tributary of the long river, one of the tributaries of the Liaohe River, Xinkaihe River, , moved to a place less than 30 miles away from Beiyingzi, and was also named Nantai Village. Later, the Tong family moved nearby and named it Tong Gu Family Zi (Tong Gu Family Zi). The Wu family did not compete for place names, and in this way, Nantai became the son of the Tong Gu family.

1992, there were 281 Korean . In 1940, in order to develop paddy fields, more than 30 Koreans moved to Beiyingzi to settle down. At that time, there were Manrong Farm, Watanabe Farm and Xinxing Farm in Beiyingzi.
1992, there were 52 people in Manchu . During the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, some Manchus settled in Beiyingzi because they had relatives with the Wu family in the village. Then, the Manchus moved from near Hongling Fort to Beiyingzi.

On December 24, 2007, the Linhu and Chengjiao Street Offices were abolished and the Linhu Street Office was established. Beiyingzi Village belongs to Linhu Street.
On December 2, 2019, Wanggang and Linhu Street were abolished and Shenshui Street was established. Beiyingzi Village belongs to Shenshui Street.

School Education. Dashubao Central Primary School Beiyingzi Branch was established in 1949. In October 1985, there were 2 classes, 28 students and 4 teachers.
