Peng He cleverly disguised the fake police to chase him
According to Peng Enjin’s recollection, one day in 1942, several fake policemen from the Kuomintang county came to Quanjiang Village to look for Peng Maogui . When they came to the gate of the main alley, they saw Teacher Peng He. He hurriedly walked down the street and walked towards the fake policeman. After talking for a few minutes, the fake policeman immediately returned. It turned out that the fake police suspected that Mao Gui was engaged in underground revolutionary activities in the village. After receiving the information from the informant at the village entrance, Peng He asked Mao Gui to go out through the side door and hide in the pavilion of Jinshi's former residence. Because there is only an alley of three or four meters between Maogui's former residence and Jinshi's former residence.
Another time, several false police officers came to Mao Gui's house. They searched the house and found Mao Gui in all the rooms. They saw that the small door next to the house was half-open. The false police officers suspected that Mao Gui had escaped from then on and came out of the small door. He went out and knocked on the door of Jinshi's former residence. At that time, Zanzu Gong came out and opened the door to welcome him into the upper hall to drink tea. Taking advantage of the opportunity to drink tea, Maogui quietly walked out of the door and returned to the pavilion of his home, avoiding another danger. It turns out that Zhiren and Zhijun are brothers, Xizu Jinshi is Zhiren's great-great-grandson, and Maogui Martyr is Zhijun's great-great-grandson.
