As the whole party and the whole country celebrate the upcoming 20th National Congress of the Party, the party and state leaders recently raised the issue of studying and absorbing the opinions and suggestions related to the 20th National Congress of the Party through nationwide research. , emphasizing that we should be good at asking people for their needs and advice through various channels such as the Internet, and better listen to people's voices, respect public opinion, and comply with people's wishes.
This broad mind and pragmatic approach have been supported by the people across the country, and once again reflect the original intention of our party to come from the people and serve the people. After in-depth thinking and soliciting the ideas of some veteran comrades to a certain extent, I put forward the following three suggestions:
1. Regarding foreign relations
Building a community with a shared future for mankind is the basic purpose of our party. We must see that hegemonic countries have never intended to achieve "win-win cooperation" with China. We should earnestly study the courage, methods and wisdom of Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou in fighting imperialism in the past, scientifically grasp the high degree of unity of fighting methods and artistic techniques, and let the country's various functional agencies, multiple media, experts, scholars and people of different identities People can speak from different angles and say tougher things. This in itself is also a deterrent and helps reflect the national public opinion and the insurmountable red line of safeguarding the country's core interests; and from the perspective of diplomacy, economy, finance and materials, etc. react in a painful way to the enemy.
2. Strive to do practical things for the people
We must make great efforts to solve the key and hot issues of concern to the people:
First, we must resolutely put an end to corruption. Judging from the currently published figures, corruption problems at all levels are on the rise. Some people wear various coats and appear in various guises. They assume leadership positions and form gangs through shady connections, connections, and gifts of money and materials. There are mechanical problems when this happens. In some places, a certain lineup and climate have even formed, such as the recent problems that occurred in , Tangshan, and other places. In this regard, we must open up multiple reporting channels, be determined to dig out these corrupt elements and their protective umbrella, thoroughly investigate and punish them, and return the glorious image of the party and national security to normal track.
The second is to solve the hot issues that the people are concerned about. Efforts should be made to identify and resolve problems closely related to people’s lives such as housing, education, medical care, elderly care, and debt repayment. To truly achieve social fairness and allow people to have a place to speak, reason and act, functional departments at all levels must effectively protect the people's rights and interests.
The third is to seize the typical examples and strictly enforce the law. The hooligans with bad nature and great influence, especially their protective umbrellas, must be investigated thoroughly and severely punished, so as to achieve the deterrent effect of killing one to scare hundreds of others and killing chickens to scare monkeys.
The fourth is to do a good job in guiding public opinion and media. Publish all kinds of important reports with caution; strictly review all kinds of film and television dramas, and never let shoddy works that arbitrarily tamper with history, beautify the invaders, vilify our party and our army, or be shoddy to appear on the national screen.
3. Seize the opportunity to achieve national reunification as soon as possible
Liberating Taiwan is not only the unfinished legacy of Chairman Mao and other older generation revolutionaries, but also the common aspiration of all Chinese people. To achieve this sacred goal is our unshirkable sacred responsibility!
The Taiwan issue has become the starting point for hegemonism and Taiwan independence forces to contain and balance us. They often conduct so-called visits, strive to promote the internationalization of the Taiwan issue, and sell arms multiple times. If this situation is not curbed, it will inevitably lead to our Paying a higher and higher price. Especially in the situation where the United States, Japan and Taiwan are increasingly closely linked, it will increasingly affect our international status, economic development, diplomatic activities and national security. Regarding the arrogance of hegemonism and Taiwan independence forces, we must regard the realization of national reunification and the early liberation of Taiwan as the country's top priority.
First, make full preparations for comprehensive management of Taiwan. Establish and select outstanding political, economic and military cadres to prepare for daily work on Taiwan, and be ready to go to Taiwan to carry out operations at any time. They will organize the political system of one country, one system and make specific plans for the governance of Taiwan.
The second is to apprehend criminals and reward meritorious officials.Promptly request the Taiwan authorities to surrender and strive for leniency; publish the list of war criminals in a timely manner and clarify the methods and methods of surrendering, reporting, and arresting; and heavily reward those who have made outstanding contributions in the struggle to liberate Taiwan.
The third is to cut off the lifeline of Taiwan independence economically. Take decisive measures to eliminate Taiwan's trade surplus with the mainland, which has plunged it into an economic crisis, terminate the " Cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement " in a timely manner, and cancel various preferential economic policies for Taiwan in a timely manner.
Fourth, be prepared for a military struggle against Taiwan. In the fight against Taiwan, we must not underestimate the enemy, and carefully understand Taiwan's military deployment and defense facilities; once the decision is made to implement military reunification, work together to plan the participating forces, the order of input, the battlefield and information operations, and strive to achieve quick resolution of military operations at the minimum cost. , complete national reunification in the shortest possible time.
The fifth step is to focus on restarting the island’s economy and restoring social order. Make full use of local resources and work with mainland capital to carry out post-war reconstruction to ensure that the people live and work in peace and contentment; at the same time, the garrison bill is promulgated to ensure Taiwan's social stability and economic recovery within a certain period of time .
We firmly believe that the Party Central Committee will make decisive decisions in a timely manner. We firmly believe that our army will conquer and win the battle. We also firmly believe that this day will not be far away. The Taiwan issue is China's internal affair, and it is not the turn of any country to make irresponsible remarks. On issues involving China's core interests of sovereignty and territorial integrity, we have no room for compromise or negotiation. We should follow the strategic deployment and predetermined plans of the party and the country, seize favorable opportunities, resolutely achieve national reunification, and never leave the Taiwan issue to the next generation!
