Microsoft 's Game Pass service has not been disclosed financially, and a recent document reveals the revenue it generates every year.
Game Pass's revenue is a must-have material for Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Brazil's Administrative Council for Economic Defense has approved the deal and released a document outlining its fundamentals, which also includes a large amount of data about gaming companies.
According to this document (discovered by Tweaktown), Xbox Game Pass generated £2.6 billion ($2.9 billion) in revenue during the fiscal year ending January 2021 – although this does not provide the full picture as it only includes console revenue and PC Game Pass is not included. Still, that revenue accounts for about 18% of Microsoft's total Xbox's annual revenue of £14.7 billion ($16.28 billion), and nearly 30% of its gaming and services revenue of £11.3 billion ($12,581).
Microsoft has not announced the number of subscribers to Game Pass, but from August 2021 to March 2022, data shows that the number of subscribers has increased from 15 million to 18 million.
But as Eurogamer pointed out, it is not clear how they came up with this number, as this may include game discount sales through game Pass and game DLC sales on the service, or may not be included.

The file was released after a rigorous review of Activision Blizzard merger proposal. EU regulators are currently asking competitors about the impact of the deal and whether they think Microsoft will block access to some of the publisher’s big games, such as the Call of Mission. The Microsoft CEO said the company was "very, very confident" and the deal would continue.
