Hello sisters, my mother said that 20-year-old girls should drink it frequently, the better the skin is, the better. anthocyanin +VC=antioxidation+whitening. After persisting for a week, the skin is obviously much more delicate, and it is a perfect tool for bare face. Sisters can change milk tea to this at home in summer.
Ingredients: black wolfberry 5g, dried mulberries 10g, rose 10g, 2-3 slices of lemon.
Method: Wash Mulberries and roses, put them in a pot and cook for about 3 minutes, pour half a cup of warm water into the cup, soak the black wolfberry in the cup, and let the cooked mulberries, rose water cool to about 60 degrees, pour them into the cup together, and then add lemon slices.
Mulberries and black wolfberry have a lot of anthocyanins. In summer, I will grab a few of them to soak in water. Antioxidant can also make your face and skin good. However, sisters, please pay attention to the water temperature not exceeding 50 degrees.
I really love to eat mulberries. I bought this dried mulberries casually. I didn’t expect that I got a big pack. Even if I drink it every day, I can drink it for a long time. The mulberries inside are very large and full, so you can eat sweet things directly. In addition to soaking in water, you can also use them to make wine.
I am Chengjia Xiaochu, a foodie who loves food. Sisters, remember to like, bookmark the Rockets, what else do you know? Remember to leave a message in the comment area.
