The second China Rice Noodle Festival will be held in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province from November 24 to 27. The event is themed "Million Mi Noodle Industry Expands Domestic Demand and Promotes Development". It has three major sections of forum meetings, exhibitions and sales, and special activities, and 26 related activities. The main exhibition hall covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters. It is the largest and most influential rice noodle industry exchange and cooperation platform in the country.
The main exhibition hall of this year's Rice Noodle Festival is located in Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center (A2, A3, A4 Hall), and has exhibition areas such as rice noodle city brand, rice noodle raw materials, rice noodle production, rice noodle machinery, rice noodle speed food, rice noodle catering, rice noodle seasonings, rice noodle brand incubation, etc. Nearly 500 rice noodle industry chain companies from 23 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) including Hunan, Guangxi, Guangdong, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guizhou participated in the exhibition. During the
period, the 2022 Fourth China Rice Noodle Industry Development Conference, the 2022 National Cultural Tourism B&B Industry Summit and Rural Revitalization Development Forum, the 2022 China Rice Noodle Industry Chain Production and Sales Matching Meeting, the 8th China Group Catering Industry Development Conference, the 2022 Gan Cuisine Innovation Competition and Rice Noodle Arena Competition, and the "Seeking the Taste of Jiangxi Hundred Counties and Hundred Flavors" Gan Cuisine Food Season Launch Ceremony and other series of activities will be held to further promote the in-depth integration and development of the rice noodle industry.
In addition, a branch venue will be set up in the China Rice Noodle Food Street. Citizens and consumers can taste various special rice noodles and snacks inside and outside the province while feeling the culture of the neighborhood.
