Just fry the green onions until fragrant, then add soy sauce, sugar and water to make a delicious sauce.


Ingredients:

2 eggs, 2 green onions, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon cooking wine (optional).

{1 small spoon=5ml} {1 tablespoon=15ml}

Method Directions:

01. Cut the green onions into 5cm long sections. Cut the white part of the scallion in half.

02. In a small bowl, add soy sauce, water, sugar and cooking wine, stir until the sugar dissolves.

03. Heat oil in a pot over high heat and fry the eggs. Remove and place on a plate or over rice.

04. Add the onion and fry until the onion is slightly burnt and the aroma comes out.

05. Stir the sauce again, pour in, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.

06. Pour it on the fried eggs~
