#厨有维达清超省心#Cabbage vermicelli ‖Simple and convenient

There are various ways to make cabbage. The dish I share today is simple and convenient. The cost is less than 5 yuan, but it is better than meat. My husband ate two more bowls of rice!

Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage
  • vermicelli 100 grams
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • oil 20g
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1 scoop of white pepper powder

    . To prepare the ingredients, soak the noodles in warm water for a while.

    . Wash the cabbage and cut it in half, remove the root, and cut it into strips.

    . Boil water in the pot, and cook the vermicelli until it is eight mature. The noodles can be mixed with a little dark soy sauce and oil to prevent sticking.

    . Heat oil in the pot, add the next piece of lard (if you don't have it, leave it out), add star anise, Chinese prickly ash, and dry chili to fry until fragrant, then throw it away. Add cabbage, stir-fry until soft, add 1 tablespoon cooking wine, half tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, and half tablespoon oyster sauce. Simply stir fry, add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of white pepper. Stir fry evenly.

    . Add vermicelli and stir well.

    . Pour in 0.5 tablespoon of vinegar and stir fry evenly.

    . Finally add minced garlic, stir fry and cook!
