So I often buy some cheap instant noodles online such as Old Beijing, or those from jinmailang~
Soak them in boiling water for a while and then make them into fried noodles or other types of staple food. They are all super delicious and QQ bouncy. It's very smooth ~
Today we use sesame sauce and beef to match it, it has a taste like summer cold noodles!

. Preparation materials: beef slices (I used 150g), cucumber shreds, coriander, green onions, spicy millet, minced garlic, crushed peanuts, sesame seeds, these are what I think should be mixed with cold Noodles and sesame sauce noodles are essential things.
. Seasoning:
(1) First take 2 spoons of sesame paste, pour and boil into the sauce, stir while pouring, and stir the sesame paste into a thick and smooth state (the ratio of water to sesame paste is about 2:1).

(3) Pour the seasonings prepared in the first two steps together, then add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar, half a spoon of sugar, 1/3 spoon of salt, 1/3 spoon of Sichuan peppercorns, and stir evenly. Into juice.
. Blanch the prepared beef; soak the instant noodles until soft, and then pass them through cold water (preferably purified water or cold boiled water), which can wash away the oil on it and make the instant noodles more elastic.
. Put noodles, beef, sauce, coriander, and cucumber together, mix well, and you’re ready to eat! When mixing, it is best to wear gloves and mix thoroughly with your hands, so that it will be more even and delicious~
Tips:
. When seasoning , I will definitely add garlic and Sichuan pepper powder to maximize the flavor. fragrant!
