today shared the saozi noodles from my hometown . It is simple to make, nutritious and delicious. You will want to eat it after a bowl! A bowl of saozi noodles with rich side dishes, rich in five colors, is both beautiful and delicious.
Saozi noodles
Preparation materials: noodles, eggs, potatoes, carrots , leeks, fungus , lean meat and tofu.
Step 1: Cut lean meat, carrots, potatoes, fungus, leeks, and tofu into cubes and set aside.
Cut the side dishes into cubes
Step 2: Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl and stir well, put a little oil in the pot, pour the egg liquid in, spread it into an egg skin, take it out of the pot after setting, and cut it into diamond shapes. Add tofu and fry until golden brown.
Side dishes
Step 3: Add oil to the pot, add diced meat, add onion, ginger, seasoning and soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, then add chili noodles and stir-fry, then take it out, clean the pot, add oil and add all the diced side dishes. Stir-fry and add favorite seasonings.
Pork Sauce
Step 4: Add boiling water to the fried side dishes and bring to a boil, add some balsamic vinegar and cook until fragrant, add a few spoonfuls of the fried Pork Sauce. In this way, the saozi soup is ready.

Step 5: Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, put the noodles in and cook for 2 boils, then put the cooked noodles in a bowl, add the cooked pork sautee soup, add egg skins, Stir the leeks evenly and you're ready to eat.
Sautรฉed Noodles
The stewed noodles made by myself are chewy and smooth, and the noodles are fragrant and go well with rice. If one bowl is not enough, I will have another bowl.
