Taigang sludge mixed with fire to generate electricity
The originally discarded materials were turned into treasure by energy-saving technology, which not only saved a lot of funds, but also achieved low-carbon and environmental protection. In recent years, Taigang has frequently launched low-carbon energy-saving tips, achieving both economic and social benefits.
Sludge mixed with burning power
"The sludge has a certain calorific value, but there are also a large amount of microorganisms , organic matter, etc., after adjustment and observation for a period of time, the system runs stably after mixing and burning." Liu Jiangang, head of the fuel operation area of Taigang Energy Power Plant, introduced.
The reporter learned that biochemical sludge is a by-product of sewage treatment. In recent years, with Taigang introducing urban domestic sewage, municipal refining water treatment to supplement production water and return to supply Fenhe Wetland Park, the sewage treatment volume has increased sharply, and the amount of biochemical sludge has also doubled. In the past, these sludges had to be transported out for qualified solid waste companies to deal with. In recent years, the technology of coupled sludge and coal-fired -combined -combined ignition power generation has become more and more mature. Taigang took the lead in trial and carried out the standard renovation of the industrial wastewater treatment system in 2019, and used a burning device simultaneously. In order to achieve better results, Taigang Energy Power Plant upgraded and transformed the device's linkage system, realized automated operations, better mixing effect and higher efficiency. At the same time, using sludge calorific value to generate electricity instead of some coal can also create value. In the past three years, Taigang has used 43,000 tons of sludge to generate electricity by mixing fire, and the daily sludge treatment can reach up to 100 tons.
"In the past, I used to ask a professional company to deal with sludge, but now it not only does not have to spend money to deal with it, but it can also replace part of the coal-fired power generation, killing two birds with one stone!" The staff involved in the project sighed sincerely. Taigang sludge mixed with fire power generation not only realizes harmless and resource-based disposal of biochemical sludge, but also ensures that solid waste is not recycled from the factory, achieving emission reduction and efficiency improvement.
Recycling condensed wastewater
Taigang Energy Power General Factory Pipe Network Condensed water is concentratedly returned to the main factory pipeline network after production from other factories. Every winter, this part of the receding water is poured into the softening water system connected to the hot website. 1,000 tons of condensate above 80℃ per day, together with high-yield softening water , continuously enters the heating pipeline network to replenish the water volume for urban heating. However, in summer, since the production load of the softening station is only one-third of that in winter, the high temperature of the condensation wastewater exceeds the temperature threshold range of the softening system equipment. If it is directly recycled for production but the water quality does not meet the standards, it has to be discharged.
As a technician of the public and auxiliary operation area of Taigang Energy Power Plant, Wu Hailong was anxious, "What way to think of not letting the water flow out, but also using its heat?" He checked the scene and studied the data, and believed that it was possible to install heat exchanger . A few days later, a "Plan for Recovery and Heat Utilization of Condensate in Pipe Network" was released. A week later, the leader issued an instruction: "This idea saves energy and reduces emissions, do it." In less than two months, the project was completed. After the heat exchanger was installed, all the condensed wastewater was recycled and all the heat was used. The factory can recycle 32,202.7 Jijiao every year, saving more than 1,000 tons of standard coal, reducing the carbon dioxide emissions from by nearly 3,000 tons, and saving annual costs up to 966,000 yuan.
At the results press conference, Wu Hailong introduced that the reason why he thought of a heat exchanger was to achieve the condensation and water retardation pipelines and production water desalination pipelines here. Just like a car in road traffic, at the intersection, the original production water at 25℃ is heated to 50℃ through temperature conduction. Afterwards, the cooling condensation and water recede continued to be divided into two groups, one by one, one by the low-temperature softening station, and one by one, and one by a more refined membrane treatment system. "And, we use the replaced old equipment for such a heat exchanger." Wu Hailong was very pleased.
