On October 16, the International Railway Intermodal Transportation (Thailand Madapu - Laos Vientiane - Chongqing Jiangjin) train successfully arrived at the Jiangjin Xiaonanya Railway Logistics Center a few days ago. The first train is loaded with 25 containers from Thai National Petroleum Corporation , with a cargo value of about US$750,000, which is distributed by YYATON.
Yiatong has joined forces with multiple parties to create a new international land-sea trade channel for "China-Laos and Thailand".
With the close cooperation of Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone , Thai National Petroleum Corporation, Thailand Nathalin Group, Laos Vientiane South Station, Shenzhen Yiyatong Supply Chain Co., Ltd. , Yuxinou Logistics Co., Ltd., etc., the "China-Laos Thailand" (Thailand Madapu-Laos Vientiane-Chongqing Jiangjin) international railway intermodal train was successfully launched, and comprehensive testing was carried out for cross-border transportation, entry inspection, integrated customs clearance and destination landing allocation. The first time that the delivery warehouse of Thai National Petroleum Corporation has been pre-located to the western region of my country, marking new progress in international cooperation with the new land-sea channel , the role of international public products and international cooperation platforms of the new land-sea channel has been further highlighted.
In order to strengthen trade cooperation between China and ASEAN countries, promote the development of port economy and international multimodal transport, and strengthen cross-border and inter-regional connectivity. Yiyatong decided to establish a long-term strategic partnership with Thailand National Petroleum Corporation, Thailand Nathalin Group, Yuxinou Logistics Co., Ltd. and Jiangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone. The five parties have two-way logistics channels dominated by China-Thailand international freight trains to build international multimodal transport, bonded logistics , international trade , international supply chain integration , and all-round transportation and trade integration.
The "China-Laos-Thailand" international land-sea trade new channel jointly carried out by YIATO and multiple parties not only provides Chinese companies with the opportunity to deepen their ASEAN market with the opportunity of RCEP, but also provides a stable and reliable new transportation channel. At the same time, it uses the supply chain solution capabilities formed by Thai Petroleum and YIATO Group in their respective countries (regions), solves problems such as channel supply organization, trade reciprocity, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, promotes the development of port economy and international multimodal transport, and strengthens cross-border and inter-regional interconnection.
It is reported that the "China-Laos-Thailand" (Thailand Madapu - Laos Vientiane - Chongqing Jiangjin) international railway intermodal train has the significant advantages of short transportation time, high stability and low overall cost compared with the traditional sea transportation mode and pure road transportation mode.
