The Regulations include 1 chapter each of the General Provisions and the Appendix Provisions, with a total of 6 chapters and 68 articles. Among them, the Property Management Committee system involved in Articles 26 to 32 of the Regulations, and the public income management of residential communities involved in Articles 55 to 58 of the Regulations, have no or no clear relevant provisions in the upper law of the Regulations.
It is reported that the Regulations combine the actual situation in Qingyuan and refine the division standards of property management areas into four situations, namely the property management area, the owner's organization and property management committee, property services and management, and legal responsibilities, enhancing operability.
