Pension recalculation and reissue has begun one after another. Do those over 60 years old have a share? How much is it to be reissue?
Since October, the news of pension recalculation and reissue has attracted widespread attention from retirees, especially retirees over 60 years old. They are wondering whether they can participate in this recalculation and reissue. After all, for most retirees over 60 years old, pensions are their only source of income. If they can recalculate the pension and reissue a sum of money, it would be better. So, if this pension is recalculated and reissue, will all retirees over 60 years old have a share? How much can I reissue? Let's look at it in turn.
First, this pension re-calculation and reissue, will retirees over 60 years old have a share?
First of all, I will tell you clearly that this pension re-calculation and reissue is not a share for retirees over 60 years old, and certain conditions need to be met. Because the re-calculation and reissue of this time is not based on age, but because one of the data on the calculation of pensions has changed, that is, the latest pension calculation base in 2022 has been determined. When newly retired retirees calculate pensions every year, they need to use the latest local base for issuance that year, but the base for issuance generally needs to wait until the second half of the year to determine. Therefore, since January this year, newly retired retirees still use the base for 2021 to calculate pensions. After the base for calculating this year, newly retired retirees will replace the new base to calculate their pensions, so that their pensions will be officially "turned into formal", and calculate the benefits they have paid since retirement for reissue, and then pay the pensions according to the new standards after reissue.
Therefore, the retirees who can participate in the re-calculation of pensions in need to meet two conditions at the same time: First, retirement has been handled since January 2022, and the pensions are calculated using the base of 2021; the second is retirees who receive employee pensions, including retirees in enterprises and institutions and flexible employment personnel who receive employee pensions. retirees who receive urban and rural residents' pensions are not within the scope of re-calculation of pensions.
According to the retirement system currently implemented in my country, men retire at the age of 60, female cadres retire at the age of 55, female workers retire at the age of 50, and special jobs can retire early. As long as the retired person has been retiring since January this year, whether he is 60, 55, 50, or retired early, if the pension is calculated using the 2021 base, he can generally participate in the recalculation and reissue. On the contrary, most retirees over 60 years old (excluding 60 years old) cannot participate in re-calculating and re-issue since they have retired before 2022. Their pensions are generally enjoyed re-calculating and re-issue in the year of retirement, or retired after the latest issuance base was determined. When they retire, they receive the benefits that should be paid, not pre-issue benefits, so there is no re-calculating and re-issue.
Second, this time, the pension reissue is reissue, how much can it be reissue?
This re-calculation and reissue is strictly recalculated according to the calculation formula of the pension. The accounting process is very simple. As long as you substitute the latest issuance base in 2022 and replace the 2021 issuance base calculation, you can find out how much pension the retired person has paid less each month, and then multiply the less paid monthly part by the number of months they receive the pension, which is the amount of money they paid for.
Employee pension consists of personal account pension and basic pension. Retired personnel with deemed contribution years also have an transitional pension . The specific calculation formula is:
personal account pension = personal account storage amount ÷ counting the number of months of issuance (50 years old is 195, 55 years old is 170, 60 years old is 139, and 65 years old is 101).
Basic pension = the base of pension in the area where you are located (1+ my average contribution index) ÷ 2× payment period × 1%.
Transitional pension = pension calculation base x social security average contribution index x account pre-working years (deemed as payment years) x transitional pension calculation coefficient.(Note: There are slight differences in the calculation methods of transitional pensions in different places)
Below, let’s give you an example calculation to show you. Suppose Lao Li retires in March this year, and the pension base in his area increases by 600 yuan. Lao Li’s average contribution index is 1, and the payment period is 25 years, and there is no transitional pension. Then, the basic pension that Lao Li should reimburse is 600 (1+1)÷2×25×1%=150 yuan per month. If the reissue is made in November, Lao Li will reissue the difference for 9 months, totaling 1,350 yuan, and starting from December this year, the monthly pension for the reissue will increase by 150 yuan.
You can substitute your own data and calculate the calculation base of the region to see how much money can be reissue. Note that if there is a transitional pension, you need to replace the difference between the less-issued transitional pension.
Third, when will the reissue be credited, and what are the processes in various places?
At present, at least 23 regions have determined the latest issuance base for 2022. After the issuance base is determined, generally new retirees will use the new base to calculate the pension. Recalculation and reissue will be implemented as soon as possible. As of the end of October, retirees from Beijing, Sichuan and Jilin have shared the good news of reissue. Most other regions will usually reissue in November and December, and a few regions may delay reissue until next year.
