7. Risk warning
1) The risk of high accounts receivable and weak operating cash flow.
Company's accounts receivable turnover days from 2019 to 2021 were 287/264/233 days respectively, and there is a positive trend.
However, since the company's main customers are government departments, research institutes, state-owned enterprises or special fields, affected by its fiscal budget, internal payment approval procedures, etc., the payment cycle is long and the collection is slow, which puts great pressure on the company's operating cash flow.
