Figure 1 The overall framework of the "1455" world-class financial management system
Financial management is the core link of enterprise management, and it is also an important foundation and guarantee for enterprises to achieve everlasting business. In order to further promote central enterprises to further improve the level of financial management and accelerate the construction of a world-class financial management system, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission issued the "Guiding Opinions on Central Enterprises to Accelerate the Construction of a World-class Financial Management System" in February 2022. In the next 5-10 years, enterprises must build a large-scale, digital, and intelligent financial management system to adapt to the requirements of building a world-class enterprise in the current new era, as well as the requirements of a new round of technological revolution and in-depth development of industrial changes (Figure 1) .
