The development land area is about 92 acres. At present, the planning and design plan of the project has been submitted to the planning department for preliminary review. It is planned to build a customs inland port, a government supervision warehouse, three office buildings, a hotel and hotel supporting public buildings, a trading hall and an underground parking lot (the final plan is based on subject to approval by the planning department).
