The "Detailed Rules" clearly included content such as "refusal to sign contracts and inability to provide timely and thoughtful services" into the negative list, and combined with the daily quarterly assessments of the receiving and transporting units, and several tightening control measures such as public videos at transfer stations.
Last year, Valqua replaced the collection and transportation unit through the matchmaking between the District Ecological Environment Bureau and the Park Management Committee, and signed a collection and transportation agreement with a Shanghai Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. in the park. Guidance and supervision go hand in hand to achieve closed-loop management
In order to enhance the awareness of waste production enterprises on solid waste treatment , the District Ecology and Environment Bureau continues to distribute publicity materials, hold roving lectures, and training on laws and regulations. Promote the new "Solid Waste Law". This year, 12 related lectures have been held and more than 1,100 companies have been trained.
In order to ensure the exchange of information with waste producers, the District Ecological Environment Bureau has also established an online contact group for “Environmental Management of Waste Producers” and formed a “point-to-point” contact mechanism with more than 4,000 waste producers to release the latest information in real time. Share useful information and answer questions in time. As for the waste-producing enterprises that have not signed a contract, the District Ecological Environment Bureau and the Environmental Protection Office of the Street and Town will supervise or organize a centralized training meeting to efficiently promote the standardized management of general industrial solid waste in the entire district.
In addition, the District Ecology and Environment Bureau has used a public video system for the collection and transportation of industrial solid waste for the collection and transportation units to view the collection and transfer of solid waste at various transfer stations in real time. And it is linked with the terminal disposal unit. If the receiving and transporting unit violates the regulations, it will be included in the "negative list". In order to supervise the collection and transportation of solid waste from the source, last year, the District Ecological Environment Bureau established a "solid waste management platform" to try to realize process information management such as general industrial solid waste contract declaration and real-time upload of disposal information of waste producers. This year, according to the statistical results, we will promptly grasp the information of the contracting rate and disposal volume of waste producers, and remind waste producers who have overdue contracts to sign collection and disposal contracts in a timely manner.Gradually realize the closed-loop management of the whole process from collection and transportation at the source, to process supervision, and end disposal.
