2. For companies that have improved their economic performance and have not increased their employees’ wages for two consecutive years, through collective negotiation,The wages of employees can be increased in a compensatory way.
3. Enterprises should establish and improve the self-restraint mechanism of internal wage distribution, strengthen labor cost management, give play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of human resources, correctly handle the relationship between distribution according to work and distribution according to production factors, and insist on distribution according to work Under the premise of the principle, strive to increase the wage level of front-line workers, especially skilled workers and migrant workers, so that the wage growth of front-line workers will not be lower than the increase in the average wage of the enterprise.
4. The human resources and social security administrative departments at all levels should complete the filing of the results of the total wages of state-owned enterprises in accordance with the regulations, increase the promotion of the wage guidelines and the "Regulations on Collective Consultation of Enterprise Wages in Jiangxi Province", and strengthen the publicity for enterprises The inspection and guidance of the implementation situation will further give full play to the macro-control role of the wage guideline, and effectively enhance the implementation effect and social influence of the wage guideline, so that all kinds of enterprises can reasonably determine the wage increase rate and wage level in 2021 through collective wage negotiations.
