Ke Mingmou was born in Shengang Township, Changhua. In his early years of business, he entered the political arena. He was also the first public opinion representative and supervisory committee in the locality. It is understood that Ke Mingmou passed away on November 28 due to a lung infection caused by a cold. He told his family before he passed away.
