"Today's growth logic and development laws of science and technology innovation enterprises are completely different from traditional multinational enterprises. The complete set of management ideas and systems established with the global expansion of multinational companies in the 1950s is no longer effective for science and technology innovation enterprises. The management paradigm and management logic need to be rebuilt, so as to help science and technology grow and transform technology into real productivity."
Therefore, Fudan School of Management proposed the concept of "management empowering science and technology innovation" in 2020, and deeply explored the management methods of science and technology innovation enterprises.Today, the college has researched as many as 23 scientific and technological innovation management projects.
