The relevant matters regarding the selection of full-time agents are now announced as follows:

Recruitment targets will be selected from other candidates after the recruitment of professional and technical personnel for Lixin County Key Project Construction Management Service Center in 2022 (except for candidates who did not participate in the written test and gave up), personnel list
3. Recruitment procedures
Recruitment will be carried out in accordance with the procedures of voluntary registration, qualification review, physical examination, political review, public announcement and employment.
(1) Registration

Among the candidates who have participated in the 2022 Lixin County Key Project Construction Management Service Center written examination, except for the candidates who have been hired and abandoned, other candidates can apply for registration within the specified time, fill out the "Lixin County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau Recruitment Full-time Agent Registration Application Form" and provide 3 photos of yourself (recent small 2-inch ID photo without hat).
Candidates are asked to keep their phones open, and after receiving notification from the staff, bring relevant materials to the designated location to participate in the qualification review in a timely manner as required.
2. Relevant requirements: According to relevant regulations, candidates must make relevant epidemic prevention preparations in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control requirements during the examination.
(2) Qualification review
Because these candidates did not undergo qualification review after the written test, in order to reflect fairness and reasonableness, based on the candidates' original application, the qualification review will be based on the written test score. If the written test scores are the same, the score in the public basic knowledge part will be determined.
During the qualification review, applicants should provide their valid resident ID card, graduation certificate, registration application form, Xuexin.com academic qualification verification report and other relevant materials, all of which must provide originals and copies.
Candidates who have given up or do not meet the conditions will be reviewed sequentially according to their written test scores.

(3) Physical Examination and Political Review
Based on the qualification review results, the list of persons who intend to participate in the physical examination and political review will be determined on a 1:1 basis. The physical examination and political examination shall be carried out in accordance with the civil service examination standards.
Physical examinations are conducted at comprehensive hospitals above the county level at your own expense. The specific time and location will be notified separately.
Those who fail the physical examination or give up the physical examination can be replaced by candidates for the physical examination in sequence.
Based on the requirements of the proposed position, the inspection will provide a comprehensive understanding of the political ideology, moral character, compliance with laws and regulations, business capabilities, etc. of the candidate, and provide objective and detailed organizational inspection materials.

(4) Publicity and Recruitment
The list of personnel to be hired will be published on the website for 7 days.
1. The personnel recruited this time will not be included in the establishment, and labor contract management will be implemented. The employer and the employing personnel will sign a labor contract , and the contract period is set to 3 years. The employed personnel shall be subject to a probationary period, which shall be 3 months. The probationary period shall be included in the term of the employment contract . Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probation period will be formally employed; those who fail to pass the assessment will be cancelled. When the contract expires, the employee can be renewed and the contract re-signed upon mutual agreement. Those who are found to be incompetent for their positions after the assessment will no longer sign a labor contract after the expiration of the term and the labor relationship will be terminated.
2. Employers pay five social insurances for employees: pension, unemployment, work-related injury, medical care, and maternity. The monthly salary during the probation period is 2,000 yuan. During the official employment period, the monthly salary standards for associate and undergraduate students are: 2,714 yuan and 2,832 yuan respectively, plus performance bonus; including social insurance for individuals.
3. During the employment period, the employer shall strengthen the management and assessment of the employed personnel, and terminate those who violate the relevant regulations on employing personnel or who are incompetent for the appointed position.
