The employed personnel shall be subject to a probationary period, which shall be 3 months. The probationary period shall be included in the term of the employment contract . When the contract expires, the employee can be renewed and the contract re-signed upon mutual agreement. Those who are found to be incompetent for their positions after the assessment will no longer sign a labor contract after the expiration of the term and the labor relationship will be terminated.

2. Employers pay five social insurances for employees: pension, unemployment, work-related injury, medical care, and maternity. The monthly salary during the probation period is 2,000 yuan.
