Yunyan District Education Bureau’s Notice on School Transfers in the Spring Semester of 2023
According to the Guiyang Municipal Education Bureau’s “Notice of the Guiyang Municipal Education Bureau Office on Regulating School Transfers at the Compulsory Education Stage in Guiyang Gui’an” (Zhujiaobanhan [2021] No. 34), combined with the actual situation of our district, the Yunyan District 2023 The work announcement related to transfer in the spring semester of this year is as follows:
1. Registration time
(1) Education Development Section of Yunyan District Education Bureau: January 3, 2023 - January 10, 2023 working days (9:00-11:30 am, 13:00-16:30 pm).
(2) District primary and secondary schools: The registration time for transfer notice posted at the school gate or posted on the public account shall prevail. (3) This transfer is mainly based on school registration, and the district education bureau will not make repeated registrations.
2. Transfer grade
Students who will study in grades 1 to 5 of primary school in September 2022, and grades 7 and 8 of junior high school can register to transfer. (Note: Grades 6 and 9 are graduation grades and are not transferable)
3. Transfer Principles
Degree priority is given, the area is relatively close, and graduation grade students are not allowed to transfer.
In principle, there is no transfer between schools within the district.

Guanshan Lake District Education Bureau’s Notice on Further Standardizing School Transfer Work in the Compulsory Education Stage
For further information To further standardize the transfer work of primary and secondary schools in Guanshanhu District and provide better and more convenient services to the public, we are now notifying you of the transfer work of compulsory education schools in Guanshanhu District in the spring semester of 2023 as follows:
Transfer registration time and method
Transfer registration time: 2023 January 3 to January 8 (Registration opening time: 0:00 on January 3, closing time on January 8 at 24:00)

Students in the household registration area
Children and teenagers of school age with household registration in Guanshan Lake District who move with their parents (legal guardians) to the same household registration in Guanshan Lake District (i.e. household registration, legal guardian household registration, holder of the real estate certificate corresponding to the household registration and actual place of residence). The first is that the head of the household is the parents (legal guardians); the second is that the grandparents are the heads of the household, and the three generations of school-age children and teenagers and their parents (legal guardians) are on the same household register. And the house is used for residential purposes. The district education bureau will make arrangements based on the student's household registration address and the degree status of schools in the district.
Public household registration
If a student moves to our district with a public household registration with his legal guardian and both parents (legal guardians) have not purchased real estate in Guiyang City, the District Education Bureau will make overall arrangements based on the availability of school places in the district.
Douguan public rental housing guaranteed households
Children of public rental housing guaranteed households living in Douguan public rental housing in Guanshan Lake District will be arranged by the District Education Bureau based on the availability of school places in the district.
Students studying in grades 1-5 or 7-8 can register in March. Graduation grade students (i.e. students studying in Grade 6 and Grade 9) are not required to register for transfer.
In principle, there is no transfer between schools within the district.
Information required for transfer registration:
Students in the household registration area (housing purpose: residential)
1. Legal guardian House property ownership certificate or house purchase contract and registration form (original pictures and materials are required: property certificate property information page/house purchase contract Chapter 1 contract parties page, Chapter 2 basic conditions of commercial housing, seal page for signing the contract).
2. Household registration book (the house property owner and the head of the household who is the legal guardian need to provide: the home page of the household registration book, the household home page and the children's page. The owner of the house property and the household head of the household registration book are grandparents or maternal grandparents need to provide: the household registration book home page, the household home page, the children's page and the descendants' page).
3. Original marriage certificate of legal guardian.

Notes
1. After the registration of eligible families is completed, be sure to verify the registration status again to ensure that the submission is successful. (Registration flow chart is attached)
2. Ten working days after the transfer registration is completed, parents can check the data review results by themselves through the WeChat official account.Parents of students who need to transfer to another school are requested to complete online registration on the "Guanshan Lake Education" WeChat public account within the specified time. If the registration time is missed, no additional registration will be made.
Transfer processing time
One week before the start of the spring semester, the transferring school will notify parents by phone or text message. Parents are asked to keep their phones open. Students' transfer matters will be subject to the notification from the transferring school.
