Changhai County No. 3 Middle School, also known as Tiantu Hope Middle School in Guanglu Township, Changhai County, is located in Liutiao Village New Village, Guangludao Town, Changhai County, Dalian. The school has 8 classes, 204 students, and a library area of 43 square meters. Due to the remote geographical location of the school and the inconvenient transportation between the mainland and the island, the books in the library have not been updated for many years, and the books are of a single type and have outdated content, which has affected students' enthusiasm for reading to a certain extent. This time, the Municipal Youth Foundation purchased 872 high-quality books suitable for middle school students based on the needs of the school. The completion of the "Guantao Hope Library" has supplemented and enriched the number and types of books in the library of Changhai County No. 3 Middle School, and improved the quality of the books.
