Precautions for epidemic prevention and control and warm reminders
1. Health and related requirements for candidates
(I)Health Code Candidates with green code must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate for the new coronavirus within 48 hours before the first test (please fully consider the time interval from the time required to receive the nucleic acid test for the new coronavirus to issue the results and the requirements within 48 hours before the test, and reasonably arrange the test time), and the on-site temperature measurement is normal (＜37.3℃), and there are no symptoms related to the new coronavirus;
(II) You should wear a disposable medical surgical mask throughout the exam (except when verifying identity, you should take off the mask in time as required).
(III) When candidates enter and exit the test site and examination room, they should keep a distance of more than 1 meter and move in an orderly manner to avoid gatherings of people.
2. No examination is allowed
(I) The health code is yellow or red;
(II) The negative nucleic acid test certificate for the new coronavirus within 48 hours before the first test start time;
(I) The body temperature test before entry is ≥37.3℃.
3. Warm reminder
(I) Please ask candidates to manage their own health in advance, apply for their epidemic prevention health code through the WeChat mini program "National Government Service Platform" or the Alipay mini program "Yushi Office", and continue to pay attention to the health code status.
(II) If candidates take public transportation when taking the exam, they need to wear masks throughout the journey, disposable gloves, and keep their hands clean, while paying attention to social distance.
(III) Before each exam, candidates should arrive at the test site at least 1.5 hours in advance. Before entering the test site, candidates should actively present their epidemic prevention health code information (green code) and actively accept body temperature measurement as required.
(IV) Candidates are advised to pay attention to personal protection and bring their own disposable medical surgical masks. In addition to taking off the masks in time as required when verifying their identity, they should wear masks throughout the process when entering and leaving the test site and taking the exam.
(V) During the examination, candidates who experience acute respiratory abnormalities such as fever (body temperature ≥37.3℃) and cough are diagnosed by on-site medical staff and have the conditions to continue taking the examination, they will be arranged to continue the examination in the backup isolation examination room. The time delayed from the ordinary examination room to the backup isolation examination room will be no longer added.
(VI) During the exam, candidates must consciously maintain the examination order, maintain a safe distance from other candidates, obey the arrangements of the on-site staff, and leave the venue in an orderly manner according to regulations after the exam.
(7) Candidates should follow the principle of "accepting all those who should be accepted" without any contraindications and complete the new coronavirus vaccination in advance.
(8) Anyone who conceals or falsely reports key information on epidemic prevention and control such as contact history and health status, and fails to cooperate with staff to conduct epidemic prevention testing and inquiries, causes adverse consequences, shall be disqualified from the examination and terminated; if there is any illegal situation, legal responsibility will be pursued in accordance with the law.
(9) Test site If there are other provisions on epidemic prevention and control in cities, they must be implemented as required. During the organization and implementation of the examination, other matters related to epidemic prevention and control that are not mentioned in this notice shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national, provincial and municipal regulations.
The prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia will be adjusted in a timely manner according to the epidemic situation. Please continue to pay attention to the epidemic prevention and control policies of the test site cities and the website notifications of the examination institutions, strictly follow the epidemic prevention requirements, and make preparations before the exam in advance.
