At the meeting, Wang Shaojun pointed out that the main work of the school department is to focus on discipline construction, and in accordance with the country's in-depth promotion of the new round of " Double First-Class " construction deployment, and in accordance with the requirements of the "Several Measures on Deeply Promoting the High-Quality Development of Shandong Higher Education", do a good job in the "811" project of first-class discipline construction and improve the discipline echelon construction system. We must coordinate and promote the construction of four first-level disciplines of the Department of Information Science, and work hard on basic work such as condensing discipline direction, gathering discipline teams, and building discipline platforms. Wang Shaojun emphasized that we must target the breakthrough point of the intersection of disciplines, adopt a cooperative model to create the advantages of discipline aggregation and intersection, focus on major issues of economic and social development to carry out the intersection of disciplines and coordinated scientific research, and explore new discipline development directions and discipline growth points. We must combine it with "organized scientific research", make full use of various scientific research innovation platforms to achieve great intersections and achieve great results, and promote technology innovation in the advantageous fields of artificial intelligence , blockchain, carbon neutrality, financial technology , rural revitalization, and intelligent social governance. We must combine it with the construction of new liberal arts, break through the traditional liberal arts thinking framework, take theoretical innovation and technological integration as the main ways, and promote the iterative upgrade of traditional liberal arts through the construction of majors, courses, textbooks and platforms, and shift from professional division to cross-integration.
Wang Shaojun pointed out that the school should focus on the coordination point of the construction of big data platforms. At present, digital transformation has become the focus of education reform and development, and is an important engine and innovation path for the high-quality development of higher education. Establishing a unified big data function service platform for the whole school and promoting the digital transformation and development of the school is an important task deployed by the school to the Information Department. The college should connect with the national big data strategy and industrial development needs, carry out big data analysis and policy research in the fields of finance, accounting, finance, taxation, audit, credit, medical care, etc., form a number of big data analysis theories, methods and technologies in characteristic fields, and produce a number of major achievements. We must address the many difficulties of teachers and students in data collection, data management, data analysis, data tracking, academic innovation, etc., give full play to the functional and technical advantages of data collection, development and application, strengthen capability support, explore reforms and innovations in teaching models and scientific research methods, and promote the development of teaching and scientific research work towards scientific, refined and personalized development.

Zhao Zhongxiu pointed out in his speech that the establishment of the Information Department is to adapt to the revolution of new generation information technology and serve the needs of national and regional strategic development; it is the need to form a synergy for the discipline to develop; it is the need to promote the construction of new liberal arts. The main task of the Department of Information Science is to first work hard to strengthen the construction of the "four new" projects.
