First of all, “virtue” should be put first. While helping children review cultural knowledge, tutors also subtly influence their children's personality and character. In ancient times, teachers put the "gentle and uprightness" of teachers first, and tutors should become children's moral teachers and role models. If your morality is not up to standard, it will have a negative impact on your child's life. How to examine the virtue of family tutoring? Parents should also use various channels to widely understand the tutor's personality, style of life, work experience and reputation. According to this standard, teachers with school teaching experience are more suitable for tutoring. According to the regulations of the education department, in-service teachers cannot engage in paid tutoring. This is a red line and cannot be overruled.
