The Department of Human Resources and Social Security of the Autonomous Region, the Department of Education of the Autonomous Region, and the Department of Finance of the Autonomous Region jointly issued a notice recently to expand the benefit of the one-time job expansion subsidy policy for enterprises to recruit 2022 ordinary college graduates to young people aged 16 to 24 who have not been employed within two years of leaving school, so as to maximize the policy dividends and help enterprises expand their employment space. The policy will be implemented until the end of December 2022.
In order to give full play to the role of unemployment insurance in helping enterprises stabilize and expand jobs, our district will issue a one-time job expansion subsidy for enterprises that have not been employed within two years of leaving school and have obtained a graduation certificate for ordinary colleges and universities, and recruit young people aged 16 to 24 who have registered unemployed, and have signed an labor contract and paid unemployment insurance premium for them for more than one month, at a standard of 1,500 yuan per person recruited. Enterprises should pay unemployment insurance premiums on time and in full in accordance with the law or apply for and deferred payment of social insurance premiums according to relevant regulations.
Unemployed ordinary college graduates within two years of leaving school refer to people in the data information of real-name unemployed college graduates transferred by the education department after July 2020 and after July 2021, and after September 1, 2022, they were recruited and hired by enterprises and other employers and participated in unemployment insurance. Young people aged 16 to 24 who have registered unemployed refer to young people aged 16 to 24 who have registered unemployment in their local employment service institutions, and have been recruited and hired by enterprises and other employers after September 1, 2022 and participated in unemployment insurance.
The relevant person in charge of the Autonomous Region Human Resources and Social Security Department said that the one-time job expansion subsidy and one-time employment absorption subsidy policies cannot be enjoyed repeatedly. In order to achieve the implementation of the policy as soon as possible, the human resources and social security departments in the district have guided local unemployment insurance agencies to verify and compare the information data of qualified personnel on a monthly basis from September, timely distribute subsidies, and actively promote the "smooth collection and safe handling" of one-time job expansion subsidies.
