(I)
I have been fascinated by professor of political science at Tsinghua University Liu Yu . No, it should be said that I am obsessed with it to get closer to the truth. A classmate from the Provincial Party School strongly supported me and sent me four academic monographs published by Professor Liu Yu, including "Details of Democracy", "The Water Level of Concepts", "HTM2 Give You a Bullet ", and "The Art of Possibility". Her idea was to let you read enough at once.
I read the book "The Art of Possibility" completely with the feeling of "outsiders watching the fun". Unexpectedly, I just turned it around casually but couldn't let it go anymore. My hungry mood was like watching the TV series " Desire " back then. It was the key point and the repeated reading was serious. It was like I was going to take the graduate student of Professor Liu, and I still couldn't help but close the book and enter meditation when I saw the exciting things... In short, I didn't read this 30 university lecture notes in class at once. Speaking of thoughts and gains, whether it is deeply inspired or eye-opening, it seems that it is not enough to accurately express my mood. After reading the book, my first impression was that I could do this when studying; my second thought was that I didn’t know if I could be a graduate student who did not have a student status and did not need an entrance exam. Of course, I don’t want a graduation certificate, because in my opinion, at my current level, I’m afraid that I will not graduate until I’m old. Despite this, I will write down the learning gains and thoughts in several times in the next step, which can be regarded as the answer sheet given by Professor Liu's graduate students. Here I want to use the three passages that Professor Liu said in the Preface as the opening remarks. I think it is possible to express the appeal, appeal and the education and inspiration of this book to me clearly.
1, "Many times, the difference in perspective comes from the different perspectives. The green fields seen at an altitude of 100 meters may be just a small oasis in the desert at an altitude of 1,000 meters. But at an altitude of 5,000 meters, this desert is just an isolated island in the vast ocean."
2, "The 'comparison' in Comparative Politics is not a concrete research method, but a research vision. When you treat the political reality you face as one of ten thousand possibilities, you gain a 'comparative vision'."
3, "People who only understand one country do not understand any country. They must have the stage of 'seeing the mountain is not a mountain' to make 'seeing the mountain is also a realm."
