As the saying goes, "To give students a glass of water, the teacher must not only have a bucket of water, but also have long-lasting water. Long-lasting water must continue to learn." As a teacher, we should read a lot of books, read all things in nature, and appreciate the human feelings of society! In order to allow teachers to draw nutrition from books, broaden their horizons, and further improve their professional qualities, Huiji District Chunxi Road Experimental Kindergarten launched a reading sharing and exchange activity on the morning of October 19, 2022.
This event was hosted by Director Zhang Liping and was conducted in the form of online live broadcast. In this reading exchange, we gained knowledge and joy. The teachers also combined their work experience and personal experience to share the reading thoughts and practices with everyone, and talked about their own feelings. Each teacher’s speech is unique, wonderfully presented, inspiring thinking, and resonating.
Teacher Shang Ke said that before, self-awareness is one's own understanding of oneself, and now she knows that the aspects covered by self-awareness are more comprehensive. What impressed her most is the four factors of behavioral achievement, substitution experience, verbal persuasion and emotional arousal in the theory of , which made her know how to educate and guide young children.
Teacher Qianqian combined this study and linked it to reality to give an example to everyone. There was a child in the class who did not say "How am I?" but said "Cheng Cheng wants to drink water and Cheng Cheng wants to eat", which shows that his self-concept has not been established yet. He didn't know why the child was like this before, and through this study, he clearly understood the reason why the child said this.
Teacher Yating said that through this reading sharing activity, children should be concretely encouraged, which is an important way to establish children's self-confidence.
Director Zhang commented on the sharing of all teachers, fully affirmed the teachers' careful reading and learning and the gains they gained from reading, and encouraged teachers to persist in reading more, reflect more, and continue to grow! At the end of the
activity, the teachers posted their reading notes and shared their gains without reservation. These notes record the wonderful paragraphs, practical content, and opinions of oneself and others that teachers savor when reading independently. They are the essence of everyone's reading.
In today's society, where people's cognitive level has a higher starting point with the development of the times. Under this new situation, teachers can only improve classroom efficiency by coherent and continuous learning to improve their professional knowledge and teaching methods and have sufficient confidence in the courses they teach. Give your child a drop of water, and the teacher should be "living water from the source", which requires teachers to live until they are old and learn , which is the so-called lifelong learning.
