(2) Before construction, the strength, stiffness and stability of the lifting equipment should be verified according to the construction load, and its safety factor should not be less than 2. Before section lifting and installation, the lifting equipment should be fully inspected for safety technically, and the static load of 1.25 times the design load and dynamic load tests of 1.1 times the design load should be carried out respectively. The treatment of
seams should comply with the following regulations:
(1) The segments that are assembled with glue joints should be put in place before applying glue. Adhesive should conduct random inspections of mechanical parts energy and operating performance after entering the site, and its performances should meet the requirements of structural design and segment assembly construction. The segments should be matched flat, and the contaminants such as dust, grease, loose concrete and floating slurry should be removed, and the matching surface before applying glue should be dried.
(2) Adhesives should be mixed mechanically, and should be continuously stirred and maintained during use. Adhesives should be applied evenly to cover the entire matching surface, and the application thickness should not exceed 3mm. When applying temporary prestressing to the glue joint for extrusion, the extrusion pressure should be 0.2MPa, the adhesive should be extruded at the full section of the beam body, and the extrusion of the glue joint should be completed within 3 hours; when the construction time exceeds 70% of the exposed time, the extruded glue should be removed before solidification. When applying and extruding the adhesive, measures should be taken to protect the ports of the prestressed holes to prevent the adhesive from entering the holes.
