1) When the radiator enters the site, its unit heat dissipation, metal thermal strength and other properties should be re-tested; when the insulation material enters the site, its thermal conductivity coefficient or thermal resistance, density, water absorption and other properties should be re-tested; the re-test should be witness sampling inspection. When the number of radiators of the same manufacturer and the same material is 500 or less, 2 groups will be randomly inspected; when the number increases by 1,000 groups, 1 group should be randomly inspected. The thermal insulation materials of the same manufacturer and the same material shall be re-examined at least twice.
2) After the radiator set is paired, and the entire set of factory radiators should undergo water pressure test before installation. If the test pressure is not required for the design, it should be 1.5 times the working pressure; but not less than 0.6MPa. The test time is 2~3min, the pressure does not drop and leak.
3) heating cylinder ( water divider , water collector ) should be installed before the installation, and the test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure, but it must not be less than 0.6MPa.
