(Correspondent Li Hongyu) On the morning of October 11, 2022, Peng Huxiong, branch secretary of Yizhang County Teachers' Continuing Education School, and four people went to the Affiliated Primary School of Continuing Education School to conduct a pre-training research seminar on improving the management ability of class teachers. Fan Xiangmei, secretary of the Affiliated Primary School, Wu Lina, vice principal in charge of the class teacher team, Peng Zhongbo, director of politics and education, and 12 class teachers participated.

At this research meeting, the class teacher expressed his opinions and spoke freely. He not only talked about the contradictions and confusions in managing students, cultivating cadres, formulating class rules, communicating with parents, and implementing various work in the school, but also shared the success and joy of management work. Next, Secretary Fan Xiangmei suggested that in order to improve the management ability of class teachers in the county, the training courses start from strengthening their own cultivation, managing students, and home-school communication, and try to arrange a training team that combines experts from other places and local experts, and promote them through lectures, case presentations and problem diagnosis, so that class teachers’ training can be localized, more down-to-earth and more effective.
