I like Chinese. Before the college entrance examination, I firmly thought that I would go to Chinese language and literature major. I didn’t want to and never considered anything else. However, after the college entrance examination results came out, I knew that I was so far away from the Chinese language major of my favorite school. At the moment of choosing a choice, I fell into confusion in front of the major and school. Finally, I chose the school I like... At the same time, I became a foreign language student. I am not rejecting foreign languages, but I do not have such a strong desire to be with Chinese. I met Chinese like most people. When I was a child, I heard the various stories I read in story books. The bizarre plots can attract a child's curiosity, whether the things in the story are real, whether I can become the protagonist of the story, and all these things can always touch the child's heartstrings. While I was curious, I was always wondering whether I could become a member of such a dream creation. The little boy planted his worries and waited for the seeds to water them to grow.

Chinese has always been my favorite subject in the three stages of learning in elementary school, junior high school and high school. As I gradually got in touch with Chinese, I became more and more familiar with Chinese. I fell in love with the reeds of the river, yearning for the setting sun across the long river, hoping to go to the melon fields in summer, and also want to find the footprints of culture in the long yellow sand. Immerse yourself in the ocean of literature, feel the romance of words, and the breadth and mystery of Chinese are fully visible.
In junior high school, I was honored to meet Teacher Cha Maozhu. This is the teacher who taught me how to go from appreciating words to feeling words. Reading aloud in his class has become an indispensable part of learning Chinese. Reading aloud is more profound when reading, and using true reading and author and text to communicate in a profound way across the dimensions of time and space, and deeply feel the feelings of words and authors. Under his guidance, I discovered my love for reading and participated in various speech competitions in junior high school, not out of eloquence but only from my love for words. Because Teacher Cha, I gradually realized that reading articles does not only stop at the level of reading, but reading is also a powerful tool to feel the words.
I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Wu Fumu again in high school. Before meeting Teacher Wu, my love for articles was only at the stage of reading and reading. I rarely write my own words independently. Teacher Wu always has a pen in his hand every day, and he will get up to practice writing at around five o'clock in the morning. Every day, he really is with the words and truly roaming the sea of Chinese. It's ridiculous. I like to read articles, but my writing skills are still not ideal at the beginning of high school. At first, I always blamed the reason for not being interested in argumentative essays, because my favorite type of high school composition is prose, but after contacting Teacher Wu for half a year, I gradually realized that it was not that I didn't like it, but that I didn't try it. Anything that cannot be done in the world is not done. I am not happy about not practicing writing. I have not walked out of my comfort zone, but I regard it as unreasonable outside of my comfort zone. After all, it is my own powerlessness. I started to pick up my pen, not only did I have time to write prose and poetry, but also made argumentative essays on the agenda. After practicing writing for a year and a half, my skills in poetry and prose have been strengthened, and my skills in argumentative essay writing have also improved a lot, which has greatly helped me to perform my extraordinary Chinese in the college entrance examination.
I learned a foreign language in college, and I was very disappointed at first, but after slowly getting in touch, I found that the charm of words still exists in the same language between foreign languages and Chinese. It was just a medium that changed, literature was still what I loved, but there was an extra type. I am no longer lost because I know I have not lost a chance. On the contrary, this is an opportunity for me to improve myself. Foreign literature in pure foreign languages is something I have never been exposed to, and the writing in foreign languages is also changing. This is my efforts to break out of my comfort zone and my improvement in Chinese complex.
I love Chinese, I hope I can travel in the ocean of literature throughout my life; I love Chinese, I will use my life to defend my love.
