Shandong Culture Research Association New Era Civilization Practice Society Science Popularization Volunteering Service Zhao Zhigang, a volunteer in the new Era Civilization Practice Society Science Popularization Volunteer to Jinan Lishan Bilingual School, and gave a public lecture on "Shuncheng Jinan" to the children of the fourth grade class 3.
This lecture is at the invitation of students’ parents. A week ago, after the volunteer finished Shun Culture lecture at Ping An Insurance Shandong Branch, a company employee took the initiative to contact the volunteers, hoping to bring this wonderful lecture to the children of the school, and the volunteers happily promised.

, volunteers asked a series of questions at the beginning, which immediately aroused the interest of the children. Immediately afterwards, the volunteers started with the Shun culture around the children, and talked about a series of exciting contents such as Jinan, Shun's legendary life, Shun's historical positioning, Shun's culture overview, and the great water control, which gave the children a deeper understanding of the Shun culture in Jinan and a deeper grasp of the spirit and connotation of Shun culture.
volunteers also encourage everyone, as children in Jinan, they should know Dashun and tell the story of Dashun to those around them.
In the classroom, the children interacted actively and the atmosphere was warm. Everyone listened to the class for nearly 2 hours in one breath. After the lecture, the children kept applauding and the volunteers had to bow twice to thank them. Before preparing for a photo, several students gathered around the volunteers and threw out one question after another, showing their great enthusiasm for Shun Culture. The day of the lecture on
coincides with the 2573rd anniversary of the birth of Confucius, the great ancient Chinese thinker, educator, and founder of the Confucian school . Confucius himself highly respects Shun. There is a record of "Zhongni Zushu Yao and Shun " in " The Doctrine of the Mean ". The Shun culture with "filial piety, benevolence and harmony" as the core is the source of Confucian culture and an important source of Chinese traditional culture. The unique value concepts and distinct cultural characteristics of the Chinese nation originated from Shun culture. Therefore, doing a good job in promoting Shun culture is of great significance to promoting the excellent traditional Chinese culture and enhancing national cultural confidence.
