1, Regarding parents' reports that Boya School in Guangfeng District, Shangrao City violated the rules and mandatory students to return to their hometowns. Guangfeng District Education and Sports Bureau replied that on September 6, our bureau’s inspection team found that Boya School had illegal enrollment in the seventh grade of the Boya School. The main leaders of the bureau summoned the school principal and ordered the school to make immediate changes. They also dispatched the school’s diversion work of enrolling students beyond the plan many times. According to the wishes of the students and their parents, 32 people in a seventh grade class have been properly arranged to study at the district experimental middle school, and 117 people in three classes of the seventh grade have been arranged to study at Xiaxi Street Middle School, and 27 people have returned to their original registered place. At the same time, our bureau criticized Boya School for its illegal enrollment.
2. Regarding the problem that villagers in Shuixiba Village, Taojiang Township, Longnan City, Ganzhou reported that the village committee arbitrarily flattened the land and built the embankment without compensation. The People's Government of Taojiang Township, Longnan City replied that after investigation, the problem was found to be true and the construction has been ordered to be suspended. It is currently negotiating with relevant farmers for crop compensation.
3. Regarding the residents of Jintan Town, Jishui County, Ji'an City, the dust pollution in the grain processing plant is large and the problem that has not been resolved for many years. Jishui Ecological Environment Bureau replied that Jiangxi Jinggangshan Grain and Oil Group Co., Ltd. has two rice processing production lines and one rice drying line. The dust reported by villagers mainly comes from the rice drying workshop. On August 12, our bureau’s law enforcement officers issued the "Environmental Supervision Site Record" to the company, requiring it to immediately stop the production of the drying workshop and make rectifications. On September 27, the company had installed bag dust removal facilities according to the rectification plan, and the dust emission problems on site were significantly improved.
4. Regarding the problem that residents of Yangzizhou Town, Donghu District, Nanchang City have reported that tap water has been turbid for more than two months. The People's Government of Yangzizhou Town, Donghu District replied that after communication and consultation, the Yangzizhou Water Plant decided to organize the "Yangzizhou Water Supply Pipe Network Major Inspection and Flush Zero Point Action" from 0:00 to 5:00 on September 29 and 30, to cut off the pipe and release water from all water supply supervisors in the Yangzizhou area to the branch pipes, comprehensively find the problematic pipe sections and completely discharge the sediment inside the pipeline network, and strive to fundamentally eliminate the turbidity of tap water.
5. Regarding the problem of Hunan Aibulu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. reporting that the government departments of Gao'an City in Yichun were owed 1.1 million yuan in project funds. Gao'an Business Environment Service Center replied that after learning that the project name is the 2018 Gao'an City Rural Environmental Comprehensive Improvement EPC (Phase I) project, Yichun Gao'an Ecological Environment Bureau signed a contract with Aibulu Company, started construction in September 2018, and the project was completed and accepted in August 2019. Up to now, the project has paid a total of RMB 8,990,700 in accordance with the contract regulations, accounting for 60% of the contract amount. In the middle, the final account audit was stagnant due to the request of AiBlu Company to significantly increase the total amount of the final account. After coordination, the final account audit has been completed in September 2022, with the final account amount of 13603214.7 yuan, and the final form stamping process is currently underway.
6. Regarding the problem that the owners of Shitang resettlement community in Hukou County, Jiujiang City reported that the water leaked for many years but no one has repaired it. Hukou County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau replied that Shitang Phase I and Phase II are one of the 13 government-invested construction and repair projects in our county, and our bureau is now gradually arranging maintenance.
7. Regarding the problem of residents of Jinggangshan Avenue, Jizhou District, Ji'an City reporting that Tianhong Shopping Mall illegally dumping garbage. Jizhou District Urban Management Bureau replied that the pedestrian street squadron immediately went to the scene to check. The person in charge of Tianhong Shopping Mall said that the point was used by Tianhong Shopping Mall to temporarily store merchant decoration garbage and would be cleaned at a certain time. On the morning of September 27, people were arranged to clean it up. In the future, our bureau will also arrange personnel to patrol from time to time and urge them to clean it up in time.
8, Regarding residents of Yinbaohu Township, Poyang County, Shangrao City, the concerns about the exposed steel bars of Mingshan Bridge pier are worried about insecurity. Yinbaohu Township People's Government replied that it had reported to the county transportation bureau as soon as possible. The transportation bureau immediately sent an expert team to the site for inspection and gave preliminary opinions: the bridge should be monitored as quickly as possible, and the bridge should be subject to height and load limits. At present, third-party professional testing institutions hired by the township government have settled in and are carrying out bridge inspection work on site. After the inspection report is released, targeted measures will be taken based on the evaluation opinions of the expert group to ensure the safety and stability of the bridge.
9. Regarding the residents of the dormitory building of the food service company in Zhushan District, Jingdezhen, the capital-raising and installation project suspended work during the middle of the process. Zhushan District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau replied that the elevator is a special equipment. Due to the epidemic, the elevator production materials cannot be in, resulting in the elevator manufacturer being unable to supply and not accepting orders. The project party has paid a reservation recently and is waiting for the elevator manufacturer to schedule production and shipment. Residents are requested to wait patiently.
10. Regarding the problem of villagers in Sanfeng Village, Bixi Town, Jinggangshan, Ji'an City reporting that stones were blown up in the industrial park to damage houses. Jinggangshan Industrial Park Management Committee replied that during a blasting process on August 19, the glass and tiles of some old houses were broken, and no casualties were caused. The park management committee immediately stopped the blasting operation and cooperated with the Bixi Town Government and Bixi Police Station to deal with it. First, check the damage. 12 houses were damaged to varying degrees, and the construction unit has been coordinated to provide economic compensation; second, analyze the causes of the accident, and the regulatory department will punish the construction unit according to the situation; third, re-optimize the blasting plan and resolutely prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
