4. "Candidate Identity" is divided into two categories: " fresh graduate " and "non-fresh graduate". Among them, "fresh graduate" refers to unemployed students who graduated from full-time general higher education institutions in 2022. 2. Registration method: Applicants who meet the requirements are required to log in to the "Shanghai Pudong New District Public Human Resources Recruitment Platform" (https://ggzp.pudong.gov.cn/) to register (requires registration in Suishen, real-name authentication and log in to register) within the registration time. When registering, you must upload your recent front-end ID photo (the photo is clear and bright enough, in jpg format, height within 105 to 210 pixels, width within 75 to 150 pixels, size below 500KB). Applicants will choose positions that meet the requirements based on their own situation. Each person is limited to one position to apply for. After submitting online, the application information will be automatically locked and cannot be changed.

Interview Qualification Query
After the registration is completed, the candidates who have entered the qualification review will be sorted from high to low according to the written test scores of candidates applying for the same position, and the candidates for entering the qualification review will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 of the number of people recruited in the position. physical examination and inspection
1. The calculation method of comprehensive scores is:
(1) The total scores of the written test, interview and professional additional test scores are all converted according to the percentage system.
(2) There is no professional additional examination position, the total written test score accounts for 50% and the interview score accounts for 50%.
(3) has positions with professional additional tests, with a total score of 40% of the written tests and a total score of 60% of the interview stage (of which, the interview scores account for 30% and the professional additional test scores account for 30%).
2. After the interview, the physical examination personnel are sorted from high to low according to the comprehensive score, and the number of people recruited at the position is 1:1. If the ratio exceeds 1:1 due to the collateral scores of the comprehensive scores, the last-placed candidates will be sorted from high to low according to the written test scores, and the number of people entering the physical examination will be determined; if the written test scores are also collateral, the recruiting unit can organize additional tests, or increase the number of people recruited under the premise of vacancy.
