4. Competition system arrangement and grouping
1. Through unified registration in various schools and training institutions in Yancheng City, individuals can register and participate by phone, and register and mail works according to hard pen and soft pen.
2. All counties (cities, districts) organize landing competitions. Modern Express staff will hold 1-2 landing competitions at large training institutions or designated venues in each county (city, district).
3. All contestants submit their entries only once.
4. Invite some winners of each group to participate in the Yancheng Regional Award Ceremony.
5. The Yancheng competition area competition is divided into two categories: hard pen and brush.
