(1) Safety technology for prevention of falling accidents from heights
Ladders or other climbing facilities should be used when connecting steel structural components. When the steel column or steel structure is connected to a high height, an operating platform should be set up. And the following matters should be paid attention to:
(1) Suspended operations should have a firm foothold, and facilities for climbing and falling should be equipped.
(2) When hoisting steel structures, components should be assembled on the ground, and safety facilities should be installed together. When hoisting, a horizontal safety net should be set up below the working layer; during steel structure installation and construction, horizontal passages should be set up at the construction level, and protective railings should be set up on both sides of the horizontal passage. When steel beam is used as a horizontal passage, the steel beam should be installed A continuous safety rope is set on one side. The safety rope should be steel wire rope .
(3) Safety protection facilities during the connection operation of steel structure components should adopt standardized and finalized products.
(4) When encountering severe weather such as strong winds above Level 6, thick fog, sandstorms, , etc., open-air climbing or suspended operations at high altitudes are not allowed. After snowstorms, typhoons, and heavy rains,
safety facilities for working at heights should be inspected. When looseness, deformation, damage, or falling off are found, they should be repaired immediately and used only after the repairs are qualified.
(5) Supervise workers to use personal safety protective equipment correctly.
(2) Safety technology to prevent lifting injury accidents
During the connection construction of steel structure components, lifting operations are frequent and the risk is high. The following points should be noted:
(1) Before lifting operations, a special construction plan for the hoisting operation must be prepared, and safety technical measures should be explained; during the operation, no changes are allowed without the approval of the technical person in charge.
(2) Crane operators, lifting signal workers, rigging workers, and other special operations personnel must hold special operation qualification certificates to work. Non-crane drivers are strictly prohibited from driving or operating cranes.
(5) Strictly implement the "Ten Don'ts for Lifting", that is: no lifting is allowed if the signal is unclear; no lifting is allowed if the slant is pulled diagonally; no lifting is allowed if the weight of the hoisted object is unknown or overloaded; loose objects are not tied firmly or the materials are overfilled. Not allowed to hang; hanging objects No hanging is allowed if there are people; no lifting is allowed if the object is buried underground; no lifting is allowed if the safety device fails or if the person is sick; no lifting is allowed if the light at the site is dark and it is difficult to see the lifting and landing points of the hoisted objects; no lifting is allowed if there is direct contact between edged objects and steel wire ropes without protective measures; Hanging is not allowed in strong winds above Level 6.
