"Notice on Carrying out the Professional Title Review in 2022"
While the professional title review work in Jiangxi Province in 2022 is in progress, some friends recently still don’t know whether they meet the conditions for applying for professional title review in Jiangxi. According to the "Personnel Scope" column in the "Notice on Conducting the Professional Title Review in 2022" issued by the Jiangxi Provincial Personnel and Talent Integration Platform (Professional Title Application Review System), there are the following four categories of professional and technical personnel can apply for professional title review in our province:
(1) Professional and technical personnel engaged in professional and technical positions in various public institutions in our province, as well as freelance professional and technical personnel who are employed and entrepreneurship in our province. Among them, non-resident personnel in Gansu Province must confirm their professional and technical qualifications in accordance with the "Interim Measures for Confirmation of Professional and Technical Qualifications of Non-Significant Personnel in Gansu Province" (Gan Renshe [2012] No. 31) before they can apply for a higher-level professional title in our province.
(2) Professional and technical personnel who are not engaged in professional and technical work in enterprises and institutions in our province, but whose personnel files are hosted by the employment and entrepreneurship public service departments at all levels in our province (former talent flow center).
(3) Professional and technical personnel from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who are employed and entrepreneurship in our province, as well as foreign talents holding foreigner permanent residence certificate or overseas high-level talent residence permit issued by our province.
(4) If personnel from central units stationed in Gansu or personnel from other provinces entrust our province to evaluate their professional titles due to work needs, the superior department of the highest agency stationed in Jiangxi or the provincial human resources and social security department of other provinces should issue a letter of entrustment and evaluation, which shall be reviewed by the Provincial Professional Title Office Only after approval can the review be conducted in our province.
Civil servants (including staff of public institutions managed with reference to the Civil Servant Law) and retired personnel are not allowed to participate in the professional title review.
