01. Overseas academic qualification certification policy update: You can only apply after receiving your diploma.
The Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service Center issued the latest overseas academic qualification certification specification notice on June 14, 2022: From 2023 1 Starting from March 1st, except for Spain and Italy, certification services will no longer be provided to certificate holders from other countries (regions) who have not yet obtained certificates. This means that friends who graduate in 2023 can only apply for certification of foreign academic degrees after obtaining the graduation certificate, and they cannot apply after the certification letter.
Friends may be worried, what if the graduation certificate is issued late?
In fact, you don’t have to worry. At present, teaching and graduation ceremony arrangements in basically all countries have returned to normal. Under normal circumstances, various colleges and universities will issue graduation certificates to students on time.
The latest notice makes the certification of studying abroad more standardized, but it has no impact at all on our friends who study abroad. Friends can still get the foreign academic degree certification through the diploma as scheduled after January 1, 2023.

In the latest 2021 Chinese student admissions data released by KCL, the majors with the largest number of applicants include Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Economics, Culture, Media and Creative Industries, Mathematics and Financial Management and other majors.
Among the 397 applicants majoring in financial management and mathematics, 313 received offers, with an admission rate of 78.84%. This admission rate is the highest among the 10 majors preferred by Chinese students. However, the final enrollment was 109 students, and the enrollment rate was 27.46%. .
