3. The ecological environment bureaus of each district should inform the construction sites within their jurisdiction in advance to arrange the construction period reasonably and make preparations for suspension of work. No night construction permits will be issued during the above period.
4. Municipal and district ecological environment law enforcement departments should strengthen inspections of construction sites around the examination room during the examination period and strengthen the investigation and punishment of illegal construction activities.
