1. Project Introduction
Renmin University of China is the seat of the Secretariat of the National Public Administration Professional Degree (MPA) Education Steering Committee. It is one of the largest and most influential MPA training bases in the country. In 2001, it became the first batch of MPA training bases in the country. One of the 24 pilot colleges to recruit and train MPA graduate students. In the educational evaluation of the first batch of MPA pilot colleges in the country in 2006, 25 indicators were all excellent (only two universities won this honor). It was one of the seven MPA in the country in 2010. One of the comprehensive reform pilot units (there were 146 training units in the country at that time), and has successfully passed the review and acceptance by the expert group. In July 2017, it successfully passed the Global Public Administration Alliance (NASPAA) certification. In July 2018, the Master of Public Administration (MPA) professional degree of Renmin University of China won the A+ excellent score in the first national professional degree level evaluation.
2. Enrollment plan
In 2022, the School of Public Administration of our school plans to recruit 3,295 master of public administration (MPA) professional degree graduate students. Among them, 40 full-time Xinjiang-oriented graduate students are planned to be recruited, and 3,255 part-time graduate students are planned to be recruited.
