On June 27, China Engineering Education Professional Certification Association and Ministry of Education Higher Education Teaching Evaluation Center issued the "Notice on the Release of the List of Majors that have Passed Engineering Education Certification" 》. Our school has added 33 new majors: Bioengineering, Metal Materials Engineering, and Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, which have passed the Engineering Education Professional Certification. Up to now, a total of 15 majors of our school have passed the engineering education professional certification, and the national ranking has risen to 25th; 4 majors have passed the professional evaluation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, among which the architecture and built environment and energy application engineering majors have received the longest validity period of 6 years.

Engineering education professional certification is an internationally accepted quality assurance system for engineering education. It is also an important basis for achieving international mutual recognition of engineering education and international mutual recognition of engineer qualifications.
