Municipal (prefecture) education, health, market supervision, sports and other departments should actively promote the construction of nutrition and health schools. The “Notice” emphasizes that all cities and states should combine their actual work with the special actions of primary and secondary school health promotion actions and healthy campus construction that have been carried out by their jurisdictions.Create a batch of municipal and state-level nutrition and health schools, upgrade and upgrade on the existing basis, and carry out distinctive construction activities. At the same time, it is necessary to give full play to the supervisory role of management departments, society and parents to promote the sustainable development of nutrition and health schools.
In order to further promote the implementation of the work, our province has formulated the "Evaluation Form for Nutrition and Health Schools in Hubei Province (Trial)", which contains 39 evaluation items in ten major items. Among them, the school canteen should obtain the "Food Business License" in accordance with the law, there has been no public health emergency caused by its own cause for 3 consecutive years, and no relevant administrative punishment has been received for 2 consecutive years. Establish a principal’s food safety responsibility system, and the construction of a school of nutrition and health should be incorporated into the school’s work plan. Improve and implement the health education system, clarify the class schedule of health education courses, and incorporate food safety and nutrition and health knowledge into the content of health education. The school canteen should develop a meal sharing system, and the school should establish a meal escort system with the participation of relevant persons in charge. The school canteen implements weekly food safety self-inspection, finds problems and hidden dangers, immediately rectifies, and keeps self-inspection and rectification records. School canteens should be equipped with or hire qualified nutrition instructors to match student meals according to the nutritional health and eating habits of local students to achieve a balanced nutrition. Publish the quantity of recipes every week or carry out nutrition labeling on the provided catering food. The cooking methods of student meals are reasonable, and the consumption of salt, oil and sugar is gradually reduced. Foods high in salt, sugar and oil are not provided on campus. The school implements a student health examination system and adheres to eye care measures such as eye exercises. Establish a leading group for public health emergency response, with the principal as the first responsible person, formulate emergency response plans and procedures for school public health emergencies, and conduct at least one public health emergency response drill every school year. Students should be in school for at least 1 hour of sunshine exercise every day that meets the requirements. Schools should launch a new era campus patriotic sanitation campaign, establish a domestic garbage classification system, improve teaching facilities and conditions, create a smoke-free campus, and provide students with free, adequate drinking water that meets sanitary standards.
