The strongest batch of laptops in 2021 is here. Who do you choose from the eight major brands?

Although Intel has done a lot of coquettish operations for Apple, which is solely responsible for the processor, it seems that it can't hold back, and it even ridicules that Intel is over. Today, Intel has responded with five more consumer processors and five more commercial processors for the 11th-generation Core H-series (codenamed Tiger Lake-H).

More than 30 notebooks and more than 80 workstations will soon be able to see the sound and shadow of the 11th generation Core H processor, including Razer, HP , Asus , Lenovo , MSI , Acer , Gigabyte , and Dell , a total of 8 brands, have released their first notebooks with Intel 11th Gen U today.

Razer Blade 15 Advanced

This series of Blade 15 Advanced is fully equipped with Intel's 11th generation H-series processors. The highest configuration model is equipped with i9-11900H and 16GB video memory RTX 3080 GPU plus 4K 60Hz OLED touch screen.

If you want a performance that is not so strong, Razer also launched a notebook with a thickness of only 15.8mm, which is known as the smallest 15-inch gaming notebook equipped with an RTX graphics card. A thinner body means a relatively lower specification, with a Core i7-11800H processor, RTX 3060 graphics card, 16GB of memory and a QHD 240Hz IPS screen.

Razer's new laptops will be available for pre-order on May 17 and will ship in June. Prices start at $2,299.

HP

HP also released 3 new notebooks today, namely ZBook Fury G8, ZBook Power G8 and ZBook Studio G8. Among them, Studio G8 can choose up to i9-11950H vPro processor, and RTX 3080 graphics card with up to 16GB video memory, display provides different options of 1080p IPS, 4K 120Hz IPS or 4K OLED.

But HP's ZBook Studio G8 won't be available until July, and the price hasn't been announced. The Power G8 and Fury G8 won't be available until this summer.

ASUS

ASUS also launched a new Zephyrus notebook today, the first is the Zephyrus M16, which is positioned higher than the current mainstream ASUS Zephyrus G14 and Zephyrus G15. Asus said that the M16 can support up to NVIDIA RTX 3070 graphics cards, as well as Intel H-series processors.

Lenovo

Speaking of the 16:10 aspect ratio display, Lenovo has also applied it to its new Legion 7i and 5i Pro two 16-inch gaming notebooks with a 165Hz refresh rate. The 7i is spec'd up to the flagship Intel Core i9-11980HK, which can be paired with an Nvidia RTX 3080 graphics card with 16GB of VRAM.

The second is the Lenovo Legion 5i Pro, which has lower specs but is still a powerful enough Nvidia RTX 3070 and i7-11800H. Positioned lower, Lenovo also has models equipped with Nvidia's new RTX 3050 and 3050 Ti graphics cards.

The Lenovo Legion 7i and 5i Pro are both available in June, starting at $1,769.99 and $1,329.99 respectively. Alternatively, the 5i will be released in late July with a starting price of $969.99.

MSI

MSI today released a range of notebooks for gamers and creators, from two Creator Z16 models (for those customers who would otherwise buy a MacBook Pro) to its more gaming-focused "Katana" model. and the "Sword" model.

The MSI GL66 Pulse

Creator Z16 features a 120Hz 16:10 QHD+ touchscreen, paired with an Nvidia GeForce 3060 along with a Core i7-11800H or i9-11900H. Downgrading to the Creator M16 offers a QHD+ display, plus options up to an Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti and an i7 processor. There's also a new Creator 17 using a new chip, up to a Core i9 and RTX 3080, and a Mini LED display.

For gaming, MSI will replace a variety of gaming laptops with new processors including GE76, GE66 Raider, GS76 Stealth, GS66 Stealth, GP76 Leopard, GP66 Leopard, GL76 Pulse and GL66 Pulse. Versions up to an i7-11800H CPU and RTX 3060, RTX 3050 Ti and RTX 3050 GPU are available.

MSI's Creator Z16 starts at $2,599, the Katana model starts at $999, and the Sword model starts at $1,099. Pricing for the Creator M16 has yet to be announced. The laptops will go on sale on May 16.

Dell

Dell is no exception, launching a series of new notebooks based on Intel's latest generation H-series processors, both for ordinary consumers and gamers, as well as for business users. Including Dell-branded models, as well as notebooks from its subsidiary alien Alienware.

In addition to gaming laptops, Dell has announced improvements to the XPS 15 and XPS 17 laptops. It will be available with Intel's latest processors as well as Nvidia RTX graphics, and there's also a new OLED screen version of the XPS 15.

The Alienware M15 R6 starts at $1,299.99, the Dell G15 starts at $949.99, the XPS 15 starts at $1,199.99, and the XPS 17 starts at $1,399.99. All are available to order from today.

Gigabyte (not recommended)

Gigabyte has released new notebooks in the Aero, Aorus and G series. First up is the new Aero series of notebooks for creators, and there's the Aero 15 OLED, which offers i9-11980HK, RTX 3080, and a 4K HDR OLED display. The Aero 17 HDR has the same specs, but has a larger 17.3-inch display (15.6-inch on the Aero 15), IPS instead of OLED.

Also on the gaming side, there are Aorus 15P, Aorus 17G and Aorus 17X. The 15P and 17G can be used with an i7-11800H processor and an RTX 3080 with 16GB of video memory. The Aorus 15P features a 15.6-inch 1080p IPS display that can offer 240Hz or 360Hz refresh rates.

And the Aorus 17G features a 17.3-inch IPS display with a refresh rate of 300Hz. The Aorus 17X also offers a 17.3-inch 300Hz IPS display, up to an RTX 3080, but it packs a more powerful i9-11980HK processor.

Finally, there are Gigabyte's 15.6-inch G5 MD and G5 GD, and the 17.3-inch G7 MD and G7 GD notebooks. The overall resolution and refresh rate are 1080p and 144Hz, respectively. The G5 MD and G5 GD are powered by the i5-11400H processor, the G7 MD is powered by the i7-11800H, and the G7 GD is powered by the i5-11400H. This wave of laptops are all equipped with Nvidia's new RTX 3050 and 3050 Ti graphics cards.

The Aero 15 OLED starts at $1,799 and the Aero 17 HDR starts at $2,499, both of which are officially on sale today.The Aorus 15P starts at $1,599, while the 17G starts at $2,099 (pricing for the 17X has yet to be confirmed) and will also be available starting today. The new G5 and G7 models are also open for preorder today, with the G5 starting at $1,149.

Acer

Acer released three notebooks today: Predator Triton 300, Predator Helios 300 and Nitro5. All three notebooks are specifications upgrades of existing models.

Asus says the Triton 300 will feature Intel 11th Gen H-series processors up to 4.6GHz, Nvidia RTX 3080 graphics and 32GB of RAM. Display options are a 165Hz QHD screen or a 360Hz 1080p screen.

Next is the Helios 300, which uses Intel's latest processor with 32GB of memory, and the Nvidia RTX 3070 can make the most of it. Like the Triton 300, it also offers a 360Hz 1080p or 165Hz QHD display. Similarly, the Nitro 5 also uses Intel's latest generation chip, RTX 3070 graphics card and 32GB of RAM. Acer says the Nitro 5 comes with a 15.6-inch or 17.3-inch QHD IPS display with a 165Hz refresh rate.

The Predator Triton 300 will be available in North America in July starting at $1,699, while the Nitro 5 won't be available until June, starting at $999. The price and availability of the Predator Helios 300 were not mentioned at the time of publication.
