Zero SER6 PRO Positioning and Configuration

▲I have sorted out the CPUs used by Zero SER6, SER6 PRO, GTR6 and its integrated core graphics. It can be seen that the Ryzen 7 6800H equipped with SER6 PRO and the Ryzen 9 6900HX equipped with GTR6 are consistent in the number of cores and graphics card models, and there are only slight differences in frequency.
Therefore, it can be simply understood that Ryzen 7 6800H is the youth version of Ryzen 9 6900HX. Compared with GTR6 equipped with Ryzen 9 6900HX, SER6 PRO has a significantly more affordable price while maintaining a small performance gap. Therefore, I personally think that in addition to extreme mini PC enthusiasts or industry users with 4 monitors output at the same time, SER6 PRO is the most suitable mini PC model for ordinary players and users.
Zero SER6 PRO Appearance and Disassembly
After introducing the basic hardware parameters, let’s take a look at the appearance, workmanship and simple internal disassembly of Zero SER6 PRO.
▲Zero Crystal SER6 PRO uses CNC to process metal body, with no problem in appearance and durability. The front provides two USB 3.2 Gen1 (5Gbps) Type-A interfaces, a full-featured USB 4 Type-C interface (supports 8K video output and 120W PD power supply) and a 3.5mm headphone interface. The front interface is relatively complete, which can easily connect peripherals and mobile storage devices. The back interface of the machine is richer, with two HDMI interfaces (up to support 8K 30Hz video output maximum), a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A interface, a USB 2.0 interface and a Gigabit wired network port, and the DC power supply interface is also located on the back of the body.

SSD Introduction and Test

▲ tested by AIDA 64, the memory timing is CL40-39-39-77, its reading speed is 51547MB/s, the writing speed is 55009MB/s, the copy speed is 50741MB/s, and the delay is 96.2ns. In addition to the common problem of high memory latency of DDR5, it is already very excellent.
CPU performance test
▲Zero Crystal SER6 PRO is equipped with the new 45W standard pressure processor Ryzen 7 6800H released by AMD this year. It uses the recent Zen3+ architecture and 6nm process, has 8 cores and 16 threads, a maximum clock frequency .7GHz, and has very strong performance. It is currently a T1-level laptop CPU.
▲Through the CPU-Z test, you can get Ryzen 7 6800H single-core score of 614.2 points and multi-core score of 5410.7 points. It is a very good result on the mobile terminal.
▲In addition to the commonly used CPU-Z, I also tested CINEBENCH R23, which is often used to test Cinema 4D's 3D modeling, animation, motion graphics and rendering performance on multiple CPU cores . The program is "designally specific, better suited for high-end desktop and workstation platforms", and Cinebench is often used to display CPU performance.
After testing, its single-core score is as high as 1436 points and multi-core score is also 11025 points. It seems that Zero SER6 PRO is not worth it as a productivity tool.
Zero SER6 PRO game performance test
After simply testing the hardware, let’s take a look at the actual test of its game.
DMARK test
▲First of all, let’s use the 3DMARK benchmark test to see how the game is played by Zero SER6 PRO. After actual testing, Fire Strike scored 6186 points and Time Spy scored 2630 points. Both are estimated to be able to run a high frame rate of 145FPS+ at the highest image quality of GTA 5 1080P.
Tomb Raider: Shadow
▲ Needless to say "Tomb Raider: Shadow", both EPIC and STEAM have been given, and there is a built-in Benchmark, and the game is always updated and optimized. With 1080P resolution and preset high picture quality, the XeSS function is enabled. Zero SER6 PRO can provide an average frame rate of 48FPS, which is already very smooth.

Master Lu’s evaluation of it can also smoothly run large-scale online games such as DOTA2 and PS and other software, which is in line with my above tests. PCMARK 10
▲In the "Professional Master Lu" PCMARK 10, Zero SER6 PRO also achieved a good score of 5938 points, including 10068 points for common basic functions, 7000 points for productivity, and 8065 points for digital content creation, which is also outstanding.

With the support of FSR technology or XeSS technology, Zero SER6 PRO can play newer 3A masterpieces with 40-50 FPS at 1080P high picture quality, and can also play e-sports online games with higher frame rates. It is easy to use as a basic office and light productivity tool, and can be said to be very practical.
This mini PC has outstanding design, solid workmanship, and a bare system cost only about 2,500 yuan. It is an extremely cost-effective mini PC.
